MY HOME GROUP MERGES WITH RICH CONRAD FORMERLY OF RE/MAX TO BUILD WEST VALLEY FLAGSHIP LOCATION

Two Powerhouses Have Come Together to Dominate Arizona Residential Real Estate

My Home Group (MHG) is continuing to expand their reach with a new flagship location in the west valley at Westgate Entertainment District. The merger with Rich Conrad of Re/Max Preferred Choice positions MHG to be able to reach new clients and empower new agents with their winning philosophy and model.

The merger with Conrad is right on the tails of a merger in the east valley, creating a stable and wide-spread foundation for MHG to build upon in Arizona and beyond. Conrad was an attractive choice for MHG to partner with as he is a veteran power-house in the valley with nearly 50 agents and a philosophy that is very much aligned with MHG. The 7,000 sqft west-valley office in one Arizona’s busiest areas alongside State Farm Stadium, which is home to the Arizona Cardinals, and Gila River Arena, which is home to the Arizona Coyotes.  Westgate is a high traffic shopping, dining, and entertainment district and is currently being updated and remodeled to prepare to level up and welcome an influx of clients and agents through the doors.

MHG founders Jereme Kleven and Mark Hutchins are honored to partner with a leader in the real estate industry who closed $150 million in 2017. This coming together of resources, agents, and reach is going to position the two parties to dominate the valley and further solidify the future expansion of MHG to national markets.

Rich Conrad stated of the merger, “It’s an exciting time. When you merge My Home Group’s philosophy of collaboration and agent sharing of ideas, with our own agent-centric approach of relevant training and access to tools that really work, we feel that anything is now possible for our partners.”

While Conrad is not a practicing agent, he provides incredible leadership and coaching to the agents who have joined his agency. His dedication to their success and continued education is exactly the reason he has built an agency that caught the attention of the second fastest growing brokerage in the nation—which also happened to be in his own backyard.

Leadership, education, business training, collaboration, autonomous entrepreneurship, and growth are philosophies that both parties share. The new west valley location will gain access to the many resources MHG provides their agents including a daily podcast, technology training, coaching programs, and an exciting and inspirational culture.

As we see new agents and millennials become more drawn to non-corporate brands and cultures that are exciting and growth driven, what MHG is building is perfectly aligned. MHG is “in the business of building businesses” and this merger is a perfect example of that philosophy and intention.
