My Home Group agents recognized by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals®
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP) released their picks for the top-250 Hispanic agents in Maricopa County and regions of the United States for the 2020 year. Making the esteemed list are My Home Group agents, Daniel Barraza and Javier Vidana-Avelar.
Barraza has been an agent since 2011 and has had numerous appearances within the top-10 agents on the monthly-MHG leaderboard both as an individual agent and the Barraza Team. A valued agent of MHG, Barraza has also had multiple appearances on the NAHREP top-agent list. He’s held strong with his appearances on the NAHREP’s list and most recently he has earned the title of No.18 for the West-Coast region of The United States!
Barraza’s hard work has made him an industry leader who has been ranked among the best in Arizona and the country. This talented MHG agent and team leader knew he wanted to use his skills to help those in his community.
“I got my real estate license in 2011 to serve my community,” Barraza said. “I saw the Hispanic community was underserved during the down market, many of them being taken advantage of and losing their homes. Being bilingual, I wanted to help. I needed to help. This recognition does mean a lot because the reason I got started was to serve them. But I also happened to be a top agent in the nation, period. Who happens to be Latino.”
Barraza credits all the agents on his team for their productivity and continued success that has caused them to continue to have great results as a top team at the brokerage.
“Three of my team members, Maria Lopez, Exa Espinoza and myself made the Top-50 Latino agents in Maricopa county. Another one of my agents on my team, Julisa Thomison was NAHREP’s Rookie Agent of the year,” he said.
Vidana-Avelar was also ranked among the top agents in the country coming in at No. 245. The Goodyear, Arizona agent completed 43 sides with My Home Group this year. He was also recognized as the 60th agent in volume!
