Kim moved to the valley of the sun with her family in 2001, she raised two young children in a brand new city and fell in love with the best that Arizona has to offer. After more than 23 years, there’s nowhere else she would rather live.

Originally licensed in 2005, Kim started her real estate career in new home sales and over the years she has built numerous relationships all over the Phoenix Metropolitan area, most prominently in the Southeast Valley. This prompted her to reinstate her license in 2021. She then positioned her business to help clients upsize or downsize as their household dynamic and lifestyles change as well as helping first-time home buyers achieve the ultimate goal of home ownership.

As an Air Force Veteran, Kim’s innate nature of serving and helping people has helped her shape her business philosophy of always putting her clients at the forefront.

A patient, compassionate, and incredibly helpful person, Kim channels all this to her business and ensures her clients are aware of and comfortable with each step of the process. From the loan process to closing, Kim never misses a step to ensure her client’s success. If we are being honest, the relationships that are built last way beyond closing.

When away from the business she enjoys spending time with her husband, their dogs and her adult children. She loves discovering new things, embarking on new adventures, boating at the lake, and going to the gym.
