Looking for one on one personalized assistance for your real estate career? The Mentorship Program is beneficial for agents at any level of production looking to structure, grow and scale their real estate business.
My Home Group Agents participating in Mentorship, will be paired with a seasoned Real Estate Professional dedicated to providing practical, hands on training geared toward the development of a strong, productive and lucrative career in Real Estate.
Our Mentees education will include, but is not limited to:
- Weekly/Monthly coaching calls – Daily support available
- In-Person training
- Database management and maintenance guidance
- Collaborative masterminds
- Industry tools and systems training
- Buyer Consultation and listing presentation training
- Extensive brokerage classes/workshops
- Negotiation and communication best practices
- Practical, hands on skill set
One-year program commitment and/or completion of three successful closings, whichever occurs first (rentals not included).

Hello I’m Jarrod Kinman! I am a 3rd Generation Native Phoenician and have been in real estate since 2013. I started off my career buying investment properties & renovating them. After a couple of years, & 20 projects later, I got my RE license and began residential sales with My Home Group. One of the first 200 agents on board with MHG, President’s Club recipient and top-three agents with the No. 1 team at MHG for three years. I am heavily involved with Social Media, Video Production, Circle Prospecting, & maintaining a great sphere business & referral relationships. Let’s discuss your goals & strengths to develop a plan to help you achieve them. There’s a clear process to follow throughout each transaction, a right way to set action steps, and a proper way to communicate with clients.
Fun fact, I once went to X Factor and made it thru a few auditions. I spend my free time with my family, at the lake boating, & having fun performing at small gigs around town.
Hello, I am Tae Lopez. I have been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2012 and have been party to more than 3,000 transactions. I have Bachelors in Business Management and run the Best Transaction Coordinating Company in Arizona, Powerhouse TC.
I specialize in helping Agents develop a business that they get immense joy from. My favorite thing to do is learn and then to share that knowledge. As your Mentor, I take great pride in seeing you grow and succeed at what it is you want to do. As your Mentor, I will help you by fostering a sense of community, creation, and then holding you accountable.
I grew up in Washington State but Arizona has been my home since 2008. I am a mom to three great children and live in San Tan Valley. I have an office in Scottsdale at the MHG Headquarters and travel around much of the Valley to service Agents and clients. I love exploring, the outdoors, and traveling as well whenever I can get time to myself. I look forward to supporting you and your business!
To all of my friends and family I go by “Dean” (Leonard). Tucson has been my home for almost 25+ years. While still working at a local copper mine, I started investing and flipping in Real Estate in 2011. From 2011 to 2017 my wife and I bought, fixed, and sold over 33 homes. In February of 2015 I obtained my Realtor license to help us with our investments and quickly became a full-time Realtor. I enjoy sharing my experience, expertise, and network with homeowners and home buyers. I am a Marine Corps veteran, and have a deep respect for our armed forces, homeland security, local police, fire fighters, first responders, and educators. It is on the shoulders of these individuals that we have built our society. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, fishing, and sightseeing. I am also an avid NFL fan and cheer on the local college teams as well. I have networked with industry leaders on finding properties, fix and flips and consider myself an expert in most areas of residential real estate. My client base is investors and referral based. I believe real estate is a people business, and my expertise and experiences lead me to be confident that I will be a perfect match for anyone looking to hit the ground running!
I’m Todd Smith! I grew up in a small farming community in Iowa. After earning a business degree at Iowa State University, I moved to Phoenix, AZ and made my debut in real estate as a mortgage loan officer for Citicorp, where I specialized in doing Jumbo loans for luxury homebuyers in North Scottsdale. After gaining 10 years of knowledge & experience, I started my own independent mortgage broker business with a small team of hand-picked professionals. In 2011, I traded my mortgage broker’s license for a real estate license and became a full-time Realtor. With close to 3000 escrows under my belt, I became a certified instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in 2015. Shortly thereafter, I obtained my real estate broker’s license and have enjoyed being both a Consulting Broker and Managing Broker for local brokerages here in AZ, before becoming the Managing Broker at My Home Group. In my free time I enjoy working in the garage or around the yard, playing a round of golf or traveling to visit my daughter in San Francisco and South Dakota. I also spend a week or two every summer in Iowa.
Originally from Dallas, TX. Relocated to Arizona 2001 and spent several years as a medical professional before transitioning to Real Estate in 2015. Joined a fast pace, expanding team where I quickly became and remained a top producer through 6 years of service. Going above and beyond leaving a lasting impression with every client. Always enjoyed educating and guiding first time buyers as well as guiding seasoned buyers and sellers through the process in resale and new construction. Found myself to gravitate to serving our military clients and absolutely love it! In 2022, changed the game and obtained my Broker's License and now find great joy in mentoring new agents independently and as a team member with My Home Group's Mentorship Program.
As a Dallas native, I enjoy getting home to visit my family and friends and of course cheering for my Dallas Cowboys! Important fact about me, love giving back through volunteering with my church and other communities throughout the valley. Can't forget my favorites, family time, relaxing oceanside, or spending time at the range.
Meet Stephanie & Courtney
Stephanie moved to Scottsdale, AZ from Boise, ID in 1999 shortly after graduating from Boise State University. Her career in Real Estate started in 2006 as a REALTOR®. Stephanie has extensive experience with both Buyers and Sellers, has sold hundreds of homes over the years, and prides herself in communication skills and willingness to help. She has been recognized as being a top agent in Arizona every year for 10 years and has won numerous awards in the industry. As an Agent Mentor with My Home Group, Stephanie’s goal is to partner with new agents to help them achieve success by sharing her market knowledge and experience. She invites agents to work alongside her to help build confidence as a new REALTOR ® and is with them every step of the way through the Mentorship Program.

Courtney is not originally from Arizona but has lived in Phoenix’s NorthWest Valley for most of her life and considers herself a “Desert Native”.
She began her Real Estate career in 2012. Through the years she’s worn many hats in the industry including her roles as Vice President of Operations and Director of Training and Development for multiple teams. Courtney’s experience sets her apart from most real estate agents with her extensive knowledge of systems, processes, team management, and agent training. All the while knowing the importance of establishing and maintaining great partnerships and client relationships.
Her goal in working with real estate agents through My Home Group’s mentorship program is to not only help agents succeed transactionally but to help them grow their personal business through efficiency. She’s looking forward to offering all her support and watching you succeed

Hi! I'm Elizabeth Mankin, a licensed Realtor since August 2013, with a primary focus on residential real estate. Originally from a small town in southern California, my family made Arizona home in 2005. I'm a proud wife to a police officer and a mom to 3 boys, with one proudly serving in the Air Force. Additionally, I love my role as a “Fairy Grandmother” to 2 sweet boys and fur mom to my pup and kitty.
My background is in education, holding both my Bachelors in Kinesiology with an emphasis on education and a Masters in Physical Education – to say I love learning and teaching would be an understatement. When my middle son was born with Down Syndrome, life shifted which took my career path from teaching in a classroom to real estate. When life shifts we need to pivot and real estate has allowed me to be present in caring for our boys while also educating buyers and sellers. With a decade of experience in the real estate industry, I find myself humbled and grateful for the opportunities it has provided me and my family.
I am excited for the opportunity to help mentor other agents! I’m all about camaraderie and sharing what I’ve learned. Life’s taught me to be adaptable, kind, and strong. With my education and experience, I’m here to guide fellow agents, not just as a mentor, but as a friendly face cheering you on through every step of this exciting journey.
