I was born and raised in Detroit. Upon graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, I served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps where I developed the leadership and communication skills necessary to be successful in business.
Upon leaving the U.S. Marine Corps in 1986, I joined the Human Resources Department at Hughes Aircraft Company in Newport Beach, CA where I learned how to succeed in the corporate world. In 1997, when Hughes Aircraft Company was purchased by the Raytheon Corporation, I decided that it was time for me to pursue my own path by getting my real estate license.
I obtained my real estate license in July 1997 and I worked for First Team Real Estate in Huntington Beach, CA until March 2005. I decided to move to AZ in order to be closer to my family, so I transferred my real estate license from CA to AZ in March 2005.
I’ve truly enjoyed being a Realtor over the past 25 years because it’s given me the opportunity to help my clients achieve their real estate goals whether they’re buying or selling a home.
The key to my success in real estate has been my ability to consistently provide my clients (both buyers and sellers) with exceptional service and extraordinary results.
My main goals are to help my clients find the home that they are looking for and to help them sell their current home for the highest price possible. How do I accomplish that? By listening to my clients.
By taking the time to truly listen to my clients, I’m able to determine what their needs are, and by focusing on their needs, I’m able to make their real estate transaction much more effective and a lot less stressful.
My clients’ needs become my mission statement. In order for me to achieve my clients’ goals, it’s important for me to develop a solid relationship with them built around open communication and a strong plan of action.
