Kevin L. Trovini, Realtor ®, CMRS, RENE
My wife Susanne and I decided to return to the great state of Arizona back in March of 2014, so we could care for my father-in-law. I was working for Walmart corporation in Bentonville, Arkansas at the time, in their corporate IT Division. I am currently serving as a Commissioner on the Prescott Valley Parks & Recreation Commission, a Director on the Prescott Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors, and the President of the Prescott Chapter of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals. I decided to pursue my dream of being an independent business owner, and in December of 2015, I began my new career as a realtor. Many colleagues, family and friends have repeatedly told me that I should follow my dream because I have always been genuinely interested in helping other people, that I have such passion for results, and that I add a personal touch when caring for my customers at all levels of business. For me, the real estate business is much more than simply selling homes and land, it’s primarily about building relationships, getting to know you as a person, and being a good listener. I pride myself in being able to understand your needs, and caring for you every step of the way. Buying or selling a home is a very big decision, one of the biggest you will ever make in your life time. My primary goal is to minimize the anxiety and stress that you may feel, and to focus on delivering the best experience to you that I possibly can. The “one thing” that I strive for is your satisfaction and happiness. I earned my credentials as a Certified Military Residential Specialist, and a Certified Real Estate Negotiations Expert. In addition to working with you, I also strive to support the veterans living in our quad city area. I believe my professional experience makes me uniquely qualified to serve as your agent. I am a 20-year military veteran of the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Navy. In the private sector, I worked for Volkswagen Credit/Audi and Bentley Financials, Advocate Healthcare in Chicago, Michigan State University, Walmart Stores, Inc., and the AZ Department of Revenue. My work history includes 35 years of experience in leadership and management, automotive financing, healthcare, project management, customer service and sales, construction, teaching, strategic planning, contract & vendor management, and general business operations. My hobbies include fishing, sports, hiking, yard work, and enjoying all that the great state of Arizona has to offer. Now, I’d like to get to know you. So give me a call. I’d love to talk to you! I’m extremely optimistic that you will allow me the opportunity to provide outstanding personal care for you. And once we establish a connection, I look forward to forever be “Caring for you like Family”!
