Charlene Malaska

I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and have been fortunate to live in four different states as well as spend three unforgettable years in Japan with my husband and our daughters. My husband, Mike Malaska, is a Golf Professional who has traveled the world extensively, and I’ve had the privilege of joining him on many of those adventures. Mike’s career highlights include being recognized as one of the Top Golf Instructors in the world and earning the honor of #1 Golf Instructor in the U.S. in 2011. Real estate is in my roots; my father was a Real Estate Broker, and from an early age, I absorbed the fundamentals of the business. My mother, a dedicated career woman, instilled in me the values of hard work, perseverance, and using intelligence to succeed. Before beginning my real estate career, I worked in sales, which gave me a solid foundation in communication and negotiation. In 2001, I officially launched my career as a Real Estate Agent in Scottsdale, Arizona, and I’ve been passionate about serving clients ever since. Family is everything to me. I’m proud to work alongside my daughter Jennifer, who is also a Real Estate Agent and my trusted partner in business. My other daughter, Ashley Moss, is a Holistic Nutrition Specialist and Golf Professional. In 2019, our family was blessed with the arrival of my first grandchild, Ellie Madison Moss, whose sweet personality brings so much joy to my life. Sports have always played a major role in shaping who I am. Competing taught me discipline, focus, and how to rise to the top, qualities I bring to both my personal life and my real estate career.
